Hecate. This was a commission. she is holding the moon, not, as was alleged, a bowling ball. Hand coloured prints are available in my ETSY shop.

I didn't get my illo email this week, so this is late as I totally forgot it was a friday. Such things are wont to happen in the holidays... anyway, its sunny at the moment. There have been no floods here (yet) but it has still been very wet :O I am still hoping for summer to come along any minute now....ooh.. I also have a website now. Smart.

This illo topic is strangely fitting, as i found out this week that I had some pages accepted (fingers crossed, you know I am one of those 'ill believe it when I see it' types) into a book called '1000 artist journal pages' or something like that.... i am very keen on visual journals, I have always journalled, and doodled, even before I knew it was an artist journal.

Anyway, here is one of my pages that was accepted, and it has a little poem I wrote on it; and a cyanotype; and some pavement litter.

One question that has been perplexing me... If you took miss Marple, and Jessica Fletcher, and put them in a room together (possibly in the village of Midsummer) who would die first?

My money is on Jessica. I just think Marple is wilier.
